About Iron City Data

Building regenerative digital infrastructure for the AI era — transforming legacy industrial land into clean, connected, and community-aligned hyperscale campuses.

Our Vision.

Iron City Data envisions a world where digital infrastructure restores more than it consumes. We are redefining how data centers are built—turning brownfields into clean energy campuses, transforming communities through equitable opportunity, and powering the digital economy with regenerative intent.

Our vision is to make Pennsylvania the proving ground for a new industrial model—one that unites technology, ecology, and human progress into a single, self-sustaining system, before expanding across the U.S. and globally.

Vision

Getting There.

Iron City is advancing a robust pipeline of hyperscale and edge data center projects in Pennsylvania that showcase its forward-thinking technology and cutting-edge designs to a growing global market.
This pipeline is further strengthened by Iron City’s deep commitment to sustainability—a core strategy that attracts customers seeking innovative, energy-efficient solutions, including smart infrastructure design, renewable energy integration, adaptive reuse, on-site microgrid power, and landscape design. Together, these efforts pave the way toward a smarter, cleaner, and more resilient future for digital infrastructure worldwide.

Getting There.

Iron City Data is building the foundation of a regenerative digital economy—beginning in Pennsylvania. Through a robust pipeline of hyperscale and edge data centers, we are demonstrating how advanced design, renewable power, and adaptive reuse can transform legacy industrial sites into sustainable engines of innovation.

Our mission is to deliver world-class digital infrastructure that drives economic growth, restores ecological balance, and empowers communities—proving that progress and stewardship can thrive together.

Strategic Advantages & De-risked Execution

Powering Pennsylvania & Its Neighbors

Each Iron City site integrates on-site natural gas power generation, increasing Pennsylvania’s energy supply while enhancing regional energy independence. Surplus energy is returned to the PJM grid — reinforcing Pennsylvania’s role as a reliable power exporter during periods of peak demand.

Brownfield Redevelopment That Delivers

Iron City sites span remediated brownfields and legacy industrial zones — from Clarion and Cambria to Midland and Susquehanna. These shovel-ready locations convert environmental liabilities into high-performance digital infrastructure, aligning with DEP revitalization goals and streamlining tax and permitting incentives.

In-State Fabrication & Local Skilled Jobs

Unlike typical developers, Iron City fabricates its modular data centers within Pennsylvania. This in-state manufacturing model boosts industrial employment, shortens supply chains, and supports labor while training the next generation of skilled trades in the digital economy.

Environmental Stewardship by Design

From habitat restoration and soil remediation to LEED-aligned construction and microgrid integration, Iron City’s "greenprint" embeds climate resilience at every phase. The approach echoes Pennsylvania's commitment to land stewardship, ecological integrity, and community health.
